Michael J. Mahoney, President

Michael J. Mahoney has been a police officer since March of 1977. He held a dual rank of Sergeant and Inspector in the San Francisco Police Department. He's been assigned to the Hit and Run/Environmental Crimes Division where he was the lead investigator for all traffic collision fatalities, as well as all incidents involving illegal hazardous materials and hazardous waste situations.

Michael was also assigned to the Homicide Division where he was lead investigator for more than four years in various homicide cases, including the homicide of a police officer in a fatal traffic collision. Michael is a court certified expert in traffic collision reconstruction and holds an ACTAR certification #800. He has provided expert testimony in depositions, arbitrations, and criminal and civil jury trials for both plaintiff and defense.


Daniel J. Mahoney, Vice President & CFO

Daniel J. Mahoney has been a police officer since January of 1982, and he held the ranks of Commander and Captain in the San Francisco Police Department. He was tasked with insulting the first Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) for the SFPD. This team is responsible for providing forensic reconstruction investigations for the Office of the District Attorney.

Daniel holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Forensic Examiners. He is certified in both the Technician I & II levels, as well as the Analyst components of Event Data Recording with the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval system. He is also a certified Technician I and II instructor. He is a court certified expert in traffic collision reconstruction and holds ACTAR certification #622. He's recognized as an expert in the fields of motorcycle, pedestrian, and low-speed collisions. He's provided expert testimony in depositions, arbitrations, and criminal and civil jury trials for both plaintiff and defense.
